Running a marathon taught me to stick out a physical challenge. However, sticking out the Smart Barre 40 in 60 challenge taught me that I don’t have to run a marathon to get the results I want. I traded in my running shoes and ONLY did Smart Barre 4-5 times a week. I was blown away with the results and love my time at the barre!
